RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our clients must feel protected and enjoy themselves and everything that surrounds them… the details, the accessories … that certain quid that makes them become special.
That’ s why if the product that we have sent you is not what you wanted and you are not satisfied, if the size is not the correct one, if there has been an error and the item that you received is not what you expected… well… you just have to send it back to us.
The conditions in which this can happen are:
- The return or exchange must be done within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be intact and not used.
- The original tag must not have been removed.
If these requests are fulfilled we can:
A - Change the product
B - Refund the charge
To proceed to your return or refund you must send an e-mail to info@Del Bello Carpets.com entering the number of the purchase order in the Object of the mail.
We will then contact you as soon as possible giving you instructions on what to do.
In case of a return transport expenses are at your charge.
IMPORTANT: remember that we cannot accept restitution of articles that do not respect the above mentioned procedure.
